Looking to improve your knowledge in the kitchen while learning to butcher different cuts of meat? Take one of our classes!
In our classes you will learn the proper breakdown and knowledge of either Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Turkey (All Depending on Demand) from our Head Butcher and Owner Matt Johnson. Classes are broken down into 2 segments: Cutting & Prepping. After all the cutting has been completed, you will enjoy some Freshly Prepared Hors D'Ouevres and BYOB while Matt sets up different preparation stations for the second segment in which you will learn different ways to prepare your meat for various meals & dishes.
Classes are available on Friday's & Saturday's but must be booked a minimum week in advance by calling us at 908-213-2121 to reserve your date. Groups, Families, Friends, and Individuals are all welcomed! Click on the link to see what dates we have available!
